I started a new workout schedule a few weeks ago and I was in tremendous pain for the first 2 weeks - I could barely walk I was so sore. But now that I'm into I don't get as sore. My muscles get tired, but they don't hurt. So keep with it.
I'm glad I'm not the only one then! Today is the first day since Friday I haven't been in pain, which has set me back a bit exercise wise, but I'm determined to go to the gym tomorrow morning and face pain again!
Wow, that class sounds really tough! Sometimes it helps to massage the muscles the first two days after a hard work out.
I finally have some time for running again but man I´m out of shape. So now I have to start with alternating between walking and running again, ugh!
